Meatloaf with stringy cheese: serve it with potatoes and you'll make a big impression

Ingredients:
500g ground beef
1 egg
50g grated cheese
50g breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon salt
1 clove of minced garlic
Chopped parsley
100g sliced cheese
100g mortadella
Oil, black pepper and oregano
50g lard, diced
Directions:
Put the meat and lard in a bowl, then add egg, cheese, breadcrumbs, salt, garlic, parsley, oil, oregano and pepper.
Spread the mixture on a sheet of parchment paper, fill it and roll it up.
You can put it in the oven with the potatoes at 200°C (400°F) for 45/50 minutes.
