Battered cauliflower: crispy, fast and mouthwatering

Ingredients:
1 medium cauliflower
Batter:
2 eggs
2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon powder ginger
3 tablespoons yogurt
3 or 4 tablespoons of olive oil
1 bowl of cheddar grater
Thyme
Directions:
Clean and boil the cauliflower in a pot. Then mix the eggs with flour and breadcrumbs. Add pepper, ginger, salt, yogurt and olive oil. Mix well and put the cauliflower inside, cover with cheese and thyme. Bake at 356°F (180°) for 30 minutes.
