Savory Angel Cake: This Recipe Will Amaze Your Guests

Ingredients:
Dough:
250g remilled semolina
250g all-purpose flour
60g corn oil
200 grams of warm water
1 whole egg
12g salt
10g sugar
12g fresh yeast
Filling:
150g ham
150g smoked cheese
1/2 red pepper, diced
1/2 yellow pepper, diced
1 whole egg with three drops of vinegar to brush
Directions:
Dough: Dissolve the yeast in the water, then separately mix the two flours. Mix the yeast, oil, salt, egg and sugar. Knead the dough until smooth. Let rise, covered with a kitchen cloth, until doubled in volume.
Then roll out the dough, fill it and roll it up. Cut it and braid it, place it in a baking pan, let it rise for another 30 minutes and brush egg and vinegar. Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 30 minutes.
