Banana cheesecake: enjoy it to finish a perfect lunch or dinner

Ingredients:
2 banana
200gCream cheese
100ml heavy cream
15ml rum
2 egg
60g Granulated sugar
30g flour
Base:
15 biscuit
30g melted butter
Directions:
Crush the biscuits and mix with melted butter, spread in the bottom.
Blend banana with cream cheese, cream, rum, egg, sugar and flour. Pour on the base, and place in a baking tray, filled with water, and bake at 356°F (180°) for 50 minutes.
