Savory Easter pie
INGREDIENTS
for the dough:
400g flour
100ml water
2 tsp salt
170g butter
for the filling:
750g boiled spinach
300g ricotta cheese

100g Parmesan cheese

METHOD
Start by preparing the pie dough: mix together the flour and butter, add the salt, and then gradually add the cold water. Knead for a couple of minutes and then refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes. Boil the spinach, or cook them in a pan with some olive oil and a garlic clove. Dry them off and add the ricotta, salt, pepper and 2 eggs. Mix everything together well. In the meantime, divide the dough into two part, roll out the first half and place it on the pie dish. Fill it with the spinach and ricotta mixture. Make 4 holes in the mixture and place the eggs in them. Cover with the remaining dough. Bake at 190°C for 45 minutes.
Easter dove cake roll
INGREDIENTS
2 sheets of puff pastry
200g grilled zucchini
500g smoked salmon
200g cream cheese
egg wash
METHOD
Spread the cream cheese over the sheets of puff pastry. Lay the zucchini and the smoked salmon over the cream cheese. Roll it up and slice to make the rolls. Place the rolls into an easter dove cake mold. To fill the entire mold you will need to use two pastry sheets. Brush the top with egg wash and bake at 200°C for 35 minutes.

15g baking powder
100g ham
100g salami
100g scamorza cheese
sesame seeds, as needed
almonds, as needed
METHOD
Beat together the eggs, salt, Parmesan cheese. Gradually add the oil, milk, and flour. Lastly, mix in the baking powder. Now, add anything you prefer to the batter, we chose scamorza cheese, salami, and ham. Pour the batter into an easter dove cake mold, dust the top with sesame seeds, Parmesan cheese, and chopped almonds. Bake at 180°C for 45 minutes. Once the surface is golden brown, remove from the oven and let it cool a bit before serving.
