Sweet and sour onions: excellent as a side dish or appetizer

Ingredients:
200g pearl onions
1/2 cup white vinegar
Olive oil
salt
1 tablespoon honey
Water to taste
Directions:
Clean the onions well, rinse them and put them in a pan with olive oil and salt. Add vinegar and cook for a few minutes, then add honey and water and cook for 45 minutes.
