Mousse cake: the creamy and delicious dessert that will drive you crazy

Ingredients:
Base:
90g cookies
40g butter, melted
3 egg yolks
15g sugar
135g whipped cream
2g vanilla extract
200g dark chocolate
135g single cream
Ganache:
50g dark chocolate
50g cream
strawberries
Directions:
Blend the biscuits, mix them with the butter and crush them on the base of the pan. Put in the fridge.
Whip the egg yolks with the sugar, then bring to the heat and add the single cream, chocolate and vanilla extract. Let it cool and add to the whipped cream. Pour onto the biscuit base and refrigerate.
Ganache: melt the chocolate in the cream and pour over the cake.
Let it cool and serve with strawberries.
