Omelette in bread: an easy and tasty recipe!

One of the quickest and delicious egg bread breakfast sandwich recipes to make on a busy morning!
INGREDIENTS

• 6 eggs
• 1/2 cup red bell pepper, cut into small cubes
• 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
• 1/4 cup green onions
• 1/2 cup bacon, cooked and chopped
• 1/2 cup spinach, chopped
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
• 4 slices of sourdough bread
• 4 tbsp butter
• 3 slices of marbled cheese
• 3 slices mozzarella
METHOD
Beat eggs in the bowl.
Add red pepper, cheese, green onions, bacon, spinach, salt and pepper. Mix it well
Cut out the center of the bread slices, leaving only the crust.
Heat the butter in a large non-stick frying pan. Put the pieces of bread in the pan and fill each piece with egg mixture. Cook for about 3 minutes and turn over. Cook for another 3 minutes.
Put the cheese on the bread and cover with another bread slice
