How to make a super fluffy dairy-free cake with chocolate chips

Ingredients:
4 eggs
180g sugar
250g all-purpose flour
120ml corn oil
130ml water
100g chocolate chips
2 tsp baking powder
Directions:
Whisk the eggs and add the sugar, then add flour, oil, water and sifted baking powder. Finally add the chocolate chips and pour the mixture into a greased and floured baking pan, bake at 180°C (360°F) for 50 minutes.
