Turkish Borek with Cheese and Herbs: the best savory pie you can ever have

Ingredients
4 eggs
4 cups flour
3/4 cup of water
Pinch of salt
For stuffing
2 cups feta cheese
2 cup Mozzarella cheese
1 cup parsley
1 tablespoon mint
Directions:
Prepare the dough mixing all ingredients and rest for 1-2 hours. Make the filling by mixing feta, mozzarella cheese, mint and parsley together. Cut the dough into pieces, boil the sheets and let it dry. Place in a tray, spread with butter and add the stuffing. Wrap and place in the refrigerator before bake it. Cook in oven at 350 for 35 minutes.
