Custard treats: fluffy and full of flavor

Ingredients:
120g all-purpose flour
120g sugar
4 medium eggs at room temperature
pinch of salt
untreated lemon peel
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Custard
100g vegetable cream, already sweetened
10 strawberries
powdered sugar to taste
Directions:
Beat the eggs with sugar, salt, lemon zest and vanilla. Add the sifted flour and pour the mixture into a 30x40 cm pan. Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 7-8 minutes.
Whip the cream and add it to the custard, add a tablespoon of vanilla extract (if you prefer).
Cut strips of dough, fill and roll up. Decorate with powdered sugar and strawberries.
