Chocolate and banana rolls: your guests will adore it

Ingredients:
Batter:
5 eggs
180 gr sugar
120 gr butter
35 gr milk
140 gr flour
35 gr cocoa powder
30 gr golden syrup
Cream:
80 gr dark chocolate
35 gr milk chocolate
50 gr sugar
400 gr whipped cream
Ganache:
15 gr gelatin powder
75 gr cold water
140 gr water
260 gr sugar
160 gr cream
90 ge cocoa powder
Batter: mix eggs and sugar, then melt the butter with milk. Sift the flour and the cocoa powder into the egg mix and mix one part with melted butter, then incorporate all. Pour on a baking tray and bake at 320°F (160°) for 18 minutes.
Cream: blend the chocolate and mix with sugar, then pour into the cream and whip all. Refrigerate.
Ganache: put the gelatin into cold water, then heat water, cocoa and cream, finally add water with gelatin.
Fill the cake with cream and banana, roll and cover with ganache and browned banana slices.
