Mini Potato Gratin: mouthwatering snacks to enjoy your appetizer

Ingredients:
Oil spray
1 kg / 2 lb potatoes, large long ones
2 tbsp / 30 g butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup cream, heavy / thickened
1 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp salt
Black pepper
1 cup grated melting cheese
Fresh thyme leaves for garnish, optional
Directions:
In a bowl put butter, cream, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper. Microwave and cut the potatoes. Place some slices into the muffin tin, pour the mixture, add cheese and add other potatoes. Bake at 356°F (180°) for 25 minutes.
