Avocado cheesecake: an healthy and tasty dessert

Ingredients:
100 gr almonds
150 gr raisins
30 gr cocoa powder
25 gr almond flour
35 ml grape seeds oil
4 big avocados
150 ml lemon juice
180 ml fig molasses
1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
Blend together almonds, raisins, cocoa, almond flour and grape oil. Spread the mixture on the bottom of the mold and refrigerate.
Put the avocado's pulp into a blender and add lemon juice, fig molasses and vanilla extract and mix well.
Pour on the base and refrigerate overnight. Then add chocolate and serve.
