Cauliflower Gratin: a cheesy meal very easy to make

Ingredients:
2 lbs CAULIFLOWER florets
1 cup chopped veggies
2 cups whole MILK
5 Tbsp BUTTER
5 Tbsp FLOUR
1-2 cups freshly grated CHEESE
1 Tbsp CREAMY HORSERADISH
1 Tbsp fancy MUSTARD
2 tsp ITALIAN SEASONING
SALT and PEPPER (to taste)
Directions:
Cut the cauliflower into florets and steam them for 2-3 minutes.
In another pan melt the butter and add flour, mix well and add in half the milk. Add in salt and pepper to taste, add also mustard and Italian seasoning. Finally add grated cheese. Put the cauliflower in a pot, add chopped veggies and cheesy mixture, bake at 350°F (180°) for 20 minutes.
