4 No bake cookies recipe: just two ingredients to make these easy and tasty breakfast cookies!

INGREDIENTS:
5 cups oats
1 ½ cups flour
½ cup coconut sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
2 cups almond milk
½ tsp salt
½ cup maple syrup
2 eggs (or 2 flax eggs = 1 tbps ground flax mixed with 2 ½ tbsp water)
2 tsp vanilla
METHOD:
1.Pour the oats, flour, sugar, baking powder and cinnamon in a bowl. Mix.
2.Add the almond milk, the eggs, the vanilla extract and the syrup, mix and divide into 4 bowls.
Cranberry chocolate
INGREDIENTS:
Dried cranberries
Chocolate chips
METHOD:
1.Add dried cranberries and chocolate chips.
2.Mix and form the cookies.
3.Bake for 10 minutes at 180ºC.
Lemon raisin
INGREDIENTS:
Lemon
Raisins
METHOD:
1.Add raisins and lemon juice. Mix and form the cookies,
2.Bake for 10 minutes at 180ºC.
Carrot cake
INGREDIENTS:
Grated carrot
Grated ginger
Ground cloves
Ground nutmeg
METHOD:
1.Add the grated carrot, ginger and spices.
2.Mix and form the cookies,
3.Bake for 10 minutes at 180ºC.
Banana bread
INGREDIENTS:
Banana
Walnuts
METHOD:
1.Add a crushed banana, walnut and grated coconut. Mix and form the cookies.
2.Bake for 10 minutes at 180ºC.
