Orange Cream: A Delicious And Quick Dessert For Your Guests

Ingredients:
500ml milk
4 egg yolks
110g sugar
40g starch
The peel and the juice of half an untreated orange
Directions:
Boil the milk, along with about a third of the sugar and part of the orange peel. While the milk is boiling, put the rest of the sugar and the starch in a small saucepan, then add the egg yolks and continue to stir until the mixture begins to lighten its color. When the milk is boiling, remove the orange peel and pour it into the mixture. Place over the heat with a low flame and turn continuously until you have a velvety consistency. Now squeeze the orange, add the juice to the cream and whisk well. Cover with plastic wrap and make it stick to the surface of the cream. Consume the orange cream within 24 hours.
