Orange sponge cake: a delicious variation on the fluffy dessert

Ingredients:
190g sugar
110ml olive oil
125ml Greek yogurt
75ml orange juice
Orange peel
250g all-purpose flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
pinch of salt
Directions:
Beat the eggs with the sugar, then add oil, yogurt, orange juice and orange peel. Then sift the flour, salt and baking powder, stir and pour the dough into a 12 cm and 6 cm high diameter baking pan. Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 55 minutes.
