Homemade Ciabatta: Genuine Bread On Your Table

Ingredients:
500 GR Flour
400 ML Water
10 GR salt
12 GR brewer's yeast
40 ML olive oil
Directions:
Pour all the flour into a bowl, then add the salt and dissolve the yeast in a little water. Pour inside of it and start kneading. Then let it rise in the fridge for 24 hours.
Then brush the oil on a tray and put the dough onto it, knead it a little more and let it rest for 30 minutes. Repeat this step. Then divide it in two and cover it with the flour, let it rest for another 15 minutes and then bake at 220°C (400°F) for 15 minutes.
