Heart-Shaped tuna empanadas: beautiful and very delicious

Ingredients:
16 empanada dough discs
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
100 g (3.5 oz) of canned tuna in oil, drained
225 g (8 oz) of tomato sauce
1 egg, beaten, for brushing
Olive oil
Directions:
In a pan heat oil over medium heat, add onion and red pepper and cook for about 5 minutes. Then add tuna and tomato sauce, cook for few minutes. Fill the doughs and make a heart-shaped. Spread with beaten egg , make little holes and bake at 356°F (180°) for 10 minutes.
