How to prepare the traditional Irish soda bread: the recipe

Ingredients:
2 cups of flour
1 tsp of baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 and 3/4 cups of buttermilk
Directions:
In a large bowl put flour, baking soda, salt and milk. Mix well together and make a dough. Let it rise for about 2 hours and then put it in a skillet covered with aluminum foil. Bake at 325°F(160°) for 30 minutes.
