Soft vanilla donuts: the tasty way to have a break

Ingredients:
550 g. plain flour / all purpose flour
260 g. milk (room temperature)
11 g. instant dry yeast
50 g. butter or oil
60 g. sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
2 egg yolk
1+1/2 tsp baking powder
Directions:
Mix together flour, yeast, milk, butter, sugar, salt, vanilla, yolk and baking powder. Make a dough and let it rise for about 2 hours. Then divide it and make the donuts. Let them rise for 30 minutes and fry in hot oil.
