Coconut flan: the recipe to make a very soft dessert

Ingredients:
Caramel:
¼ cup of water
2/3 cup granulated sugar
2 additional tablespoons of water for the end
¼ cup of water
2/3 cup granulated sugar
2 additional tablespoons of water for the end
Flan:
2 whole large eggs (2 whole large eggs)
5 egg yolks (5 egg yolks)
1 can of condensed milk
1 cup of coconut cream
1 can of coconut milk
1 pinch of salt
For decoration, toasted coconut

Directions:
Make the caramel and pour it into the mold.
Blend together all the flan ingredients and pour on the caramel. Put the mold into another pan with a clothes, pour hot water and bake at 325°F (160°) for 15 minutes.
