Mimosa cream tart: a delicious and refreshingly fancy dessert

Ingredients:
500g whipped cream
Custard
1 sponge cake
3-4 slices pineapple in syrup
Pineapple syrup
Mint leaves to decorate
Directions:
follow the links of the recipes to prepare sponge cake and custard.
Then make a hole in the middle of the sponge cake and divide into two. Prepare the diplomat cream by combining custard and whipped cream. Moisten the sponge cake with the syrup and fill with cream and small pieces of pineapple. Decorate with sponge cake cubes and mint leaves.
