Eggless pig cookies: so cute and fun!

INGREDIENTS
75 g (2.6 oz) butter, softened;
35 g (1.2 oz) powdered sugar;
65 g (2.3 oz) flour;
73 g (2.5 oz) cornstarch;
red food dye, black sesame seeds.

METHOD
Preheat oven to 140 C/235 F.
Sift flour and cornstarch, mix them together using a whisk.
Separately cream butter until pale, add powdered sugar and beat one more time until smooth.
Add dry mixture to the butter and stir to combine and form a smooth dough.
Cover the dough with plastic and leave in fridge for 30 minutes.
Cut a small piece of the dough (about 20 g) and color it with red food dye.
Make pig’s nose and ears as shown on the video.
Divide leftover dough into 9 pieces and roll each into a ball.
Decorate white ball of dough with pink ears and nose and sesame seeds as the eyes.
Bake for 14 minutes and leave to cool down before serving.
