Cheesy zucchini boats: a Keto recipe to make quickly

Ingredients:
10 oz. Zucchini
2 tbsp. Butter
3 oz. Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1 cup Broccoli
6 oz. Rotisserie Chicken, shredded
2 tbsp. Sour Cream
1 stalk Green Onion
Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions:
Empty the zucchini and spread them with oil.
In a large bowl mix the broccoli, chicken, sour cream, salt and pepper. Fill the zucchini and cover with cheddar. Bake at 400°F (200°) for 15 minutes.
