Choux pastry treats: your guests will go crazy for them

Crunchy disk:
3 tablespoons butter
45g brown sugar
47g all-purpose flour
Choux pastry
Dark chocolate (enough to cover the base)
Directions:
In a bowl mix butter, sugar and flour until mixture is smooth, then flatten it in a pastry bag and refrigerate.
Prepare the choux pastry, create some swirls on a baking sheet and cover them with the previously prepared dough circles.
Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 40 minutes. Then spread some chocolate on the base, let it harden and serve.
