Stromboli, how to prepare the delicious pizza roll

Ingredients:
3/4 cup warm water
1 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
Filling:
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1/2 pound sliced Italian cold cuts or pepperoni
1-1 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Topping:
1 egg beaten
1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
Parsley
1 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
Filling:
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1/2 pound sliced Italian cold cuts or pepperoni
1-1 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Topping:
1 egg beaten
1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
Parsley
Directions:
In a mixer put all the ingredients and mix well, when the dough is uniform let it rise for 1 hour.
Then spread the dough, fill and roll.
Top with egg, cheese and parsley, bake at 400°F (200°) for 25 minutes.
