Mille-feuille with custard: this delicious dessert is ready in no time

Ingredients:
1 roll puff pastry
custard:
5 egg yolks;
180g sugar;
50g all-purpose flour;
500ml milk;
2 tsp vanilla extract;
powdered sugar to taste
Directions:
In a saucepan, mix the egg yolks with the sugar and then add the flour. Finally, pour the milk and add the vanilla extract, bring on the heat and let thicken.
Roll out the dough, bake and bake at 190°C (380°F) for 20 minutes. Then cut into three rectangles, fill and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
