Ham and Cheese Croissants: the savory version to bring a special taste on the table

Ingredients:
4 croissants
8 slices good-quality ham
8 slices Leerdammer cheese
2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp Poppy seeds
8 slices good-quality ham
8 slices Leerdammer cheese
2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp Poppy seeds
Directions:
Mix vey well with mustard, sugar and honey and make a cream. Cut and fill the croissants with cheese and ham, cover with the cream and poppy seeds. Bake at 380°F (190°) for 6/7 minutes.
