Homemade gnocchi: must-try recipe

Ingredients:
300g all-purpose flour
1 kg potatoes (boiled, peeled, mashed, cold)
eggs
salt
Directions:
Add the mashed potatoes to the flour and knead until dough is smooth. Add a pinch of salt. Make the gnocchi and scratch with the help of a fork. Put in hot water and drain when they are afloat, then season.
