How to make chocolate doughnuts using a bag

Ingredients:
1 cup water
7g yeast
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup olive oil
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 egg
Chocolate for filling
sugar
Directions:
In a food bag pour water, yeast, sugar, oil and flour. Mix well and add an egg, stir again and leave to rise for an hour in hot water.
Then roll out the dough, form circles and deep fry them. Coat in the sugar and fill with chocolate.
