Baked doughnuts: a dessert that your entire family will love

Ingredients:
650g Manitoba flour
25g yeast
2 eggs
75g sugar
5g salt
250ml milk
100g butter
1 vanilla pod
Directions:
Dissolve the yeast in the milk, then add the sugar and stir. Pour into the planetary mixer, add the eggs and gradually the flour, then add the salt, vanilla and butter.
Let rise for two hours, then roll it out and make discs. Fill them and let rise for another hour. Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 15 minutes.
