Easy apple, pear and banana fritters served with cream and cinnamon!

Easy and typical italian recipe from Trentino Alto-Adige! Super soft apple, pear and banana fritters as a tasty dessert after dinner! Only few ingredients to make them and very beautiful to see...just try them!
Apple fritters
INGREDIENTS:
3 apples
3 pears
2 bananas
2 egg yolks
of sugar
of flour
of beer
2 tsp of vanilla extract
Salt
2 egg whites
Cinnamon
Powdered sugar
Cream
METHOD:
1.Add two egg yolks and sugar in a bowl.
2.Then add alternating a little bit of flour and beer until you’ve done.
3.Add some vanilla extract and salt then mix all togheter.
4. In another bowl whip the egg withes.
5. Add it to the other bowl and then put in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Pineapple donuts
INGREDIENTS:
6 pineapple rings;
1 cup flour+ ½ cup for dredging;
2 tsp baking powder;
1 ½ cup water;
2 tbsp sugar;
vegetable oil for frying.
METHOD:
1.Mix dry ingredients (1 cup flour, sugar, baking powder) together.
2.Add water and whisk to combine until no lumps left.
3.Dredge pineapple rings in leftover ½ cup flour.
4.Deep into a batter, making sure it is covered from all sides.
5.Fry pineapple donuts in preheated to 180C/350F oil for 2-3 minutes or until golden.
6.Serve sprinkled with powdered sugar and drizzled with caramel sauce.
