Genoise cake: light and tasty sponge cake

Ingredients:
cake flour 95g
sugar 95g
egg 150g
milk 40g
butter 22g
corn syrup 6g
salt 1g
vanilla extract 4g
Directions:
Loosen the eggs, and add sugar. Prepare bowl with hot water and melt sugar. Melt butter with milk and corn syrup. Whisk the egg mixture with corn syrup. Add flour, butter and vanilla extract. Pour it in a pot and bake it 160°C for 30 minutes.
