Chocolate Whisky Mousse: a deliciously light, fluffy chocolate mousse

Ingredients:
220 grams of dark chocolate
8 egg yolkes
500 ml of heavy cream
100 grams of sugar
25 grams of butter
4 tbsp of whisky liqueur
Directions:
Add butter to dark chocolate and melt it. Mix sugar with yolks then pour the chocolate. Add the rest of ingredients and mix well.Spoon into serving dishes and place in refrigerator to chill.
