Potato doughnuts: stuff them as you like and serve these wonders

Ingredients:
250g boiled potatoes
250g all-purpose flour
1 whole egg
20g olive oil
6g fresh yeast
Grated cheese to taste
Salt and black Pepper To Taste.
Filling:
2 diced fried zucchini
200g ham
200 g stringy cheese
Directions:
Dissolve the yeast in a little water, then add it to the flour with the potatoes, egg, olive oil, cheese, salt and black pepper. Knead the dough until dough is smooth and let rise until doubled.
Then roll it out, make circles and fill them. Let them rise for 15/20 minutes, then deep fry in hot oil.
