Cassatelle with ricotta and chocolate chips: simply irresistible

Ingredients:
300g all-purpose flour
200g flour (durum wheat)
80g lard
30g sugar
1 egg
100ml wine
50ml water
1 teaspoon baking powder
450g ricotta
100g sugar
100g chocolate flakes or chips
Directions:
In a bowl, mix the two flours, sugar and baking powder. Then add egg, wine and lard. Mix well and finally add the water, let the dough rest.
Mix well ricotta, sugar and chocolate chips until you get a cream.
Roll out the dough, cut it and stuff your cassatelle. Deep fry them and serve with powdered sugar.
