Zucchini Ricotta Risotto: The Creamy Recipe That Everyone Will Love

Ingredients:
250g rice
1/2 onion
2 small zucchini
200g ricotta
1/2 liter vegetable or meat broth
salt
Directions:
Chop the zucchini and fry the onion in a saucepan. Add the zucchini, rice, salt and broth and cook. Two minutes from the end of cooking, add the ricotta and mix everything.
