How To Make Croque Monsieur: perfect for a fast lunch or dinner

Ingredients:
Bread
150 grams of cheese
6 slices of ham
1 tbsp of flour
200 ml of milk
Salt
Pepper
Nutmeg
180 degrees C convection for about 10 minutes.
Directions:
In a pot heat the milk with flour, cheese, salt, pepper and nutmeg. When the mixture is creamy it's ready for the bread.
Fill the slices with cream and ham, bake at 356°F (180°) for 10 minutes.
