Chocolate Pudding Bars: extra chocolaty and creamy

Ingredients:
260 grams of crackers
130 grams of melted butter
280 grams of dark chocolate
4 tbsp of cornstarch
4 tbsp of cane sugar
2 tbsp of sugar
2 tsp of vanilla extract
600 ml of milk
Directions:
Combine the cracker crumbs with the melted butter and press into the bottom of a pan. In a saucepan, whisk milk with all ingredients. Heat the mixture over medium heat. Scrape the hot pudding onto the crust and level it. Refrigerate the pan. Cut into bars.
