Eggless piggy cookies: an easy recipe for very soft and delicious cookies

Ingredients (Fifteen cookies):
75g unsalted butter
35g Icing sugar
65g cake flour
73g corn starch (or potato starch)
7g milk powder
Directions:
Sift the cake flour and the cornstarch together. Add milk powder. Mix unsalted butter with sugar. Combine everything together. Wrap the dough with a plastic bag. Chill in the refrigerator. Take 20 gr of dough and add red coloring. Cut the noses and ears. Form balls with the rest of dough and add ears and noses. Black sesame for eyes. Bake at 140*C for 14 minutes.
