Super easy parsley and pasta trick!

Place fresh parsley leaves on top of a fresh sheet of pasta, the result is amazing!

INGREDIENTS/MATERIALS:
Fresh pasta dough
Fresh parsley
Ricotta cheese
Water
Butter
Salt
Garlic slices
Fresh basil
Black pepper
Grated parmesan cheese
Flour
Wooden board

METHOD:
1. Place fresh parsley leaves on top of a fresh sheet of pasta.
2. Then lay a second sheet of pasta on top.
3. Roll the pasta until the sheets fuse together, making one larger sheet.
4. Fold up into a rectangle and cut the edges off.
5. Separate the rectangles and put a spoon of ricotta on each one.

6. Fold over the sheet and use a fork to close the edges of the ravioli.
7. Cook in boiling water with salt for 4 minutes.
8. Melt butter in a pan and add some garlic and fresh basil. Toss in the ravioli.

1. Using a pasta dough, apply preferred food colouring then roll out the dough.
2. Cut out ribbons patterns and pinch them together.
3. Take another dough and roll thin rope.
4. Attach the rope to a skewer and roll out for curly noodles.
5. Use another dough and flatten a rectangle over a comb.
6. Roll up the dough from the comb to create rigged noodles
