Pineapple
INGREDIENTS/MATERIALS:
Silicone muffin tray
Vanilla cake mix
Pineapple slices
Glacier cherries in syrup
Icing sugar

METHOD:
Place pineapple slices in the bottom of the muffin tray. Put a cherry in the middle of each pineapple slice. Pour in the cake mix.
Bake for 7 minutes at 180°C

Remove the muffins from the tray and pour over some of the cherry syrup and icing sugar to serve.

METHOD:
Brush the muffin tray with oil.
Put an egg in each muffin hole and sprinkle over salt and pepper. Bake for 10 minutes at 160°C.

Fill the muffin tray with leftover sauce and freeze.

Place a slice of lemon and another of lime in each hole of the muffin tray. Fill with water and freeze
