Colorful cheesecake: you will never want to make it any other way!

INGREDIENTS
130g digestive biscuits
50g unsalted butter, melted
450g cream cheese, room temperature
130g icing sugar, sifted
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup whipping cream
5g gelatin powder
1 tbsp water
1/2 cup hazelnut cream
1/2 cup dulce de leche

METHOD
Crush the biscuits and mix them with melted butter.
In another bowl beat cream cheese, icing sugar, vanilla and whipping cream.
Melt the gelatin into the water and add in the cream cheese mixture.
Divide it into 3 parts and add hazelnut cream to the one part and dulce de leche into other part. Mix until combined.
Press crushed biscuits into the baking form, add 3 cheesecake mixtures using spoon.
Chill until firm.
