Simple, fast castagnole sweet dough balls

Ingredients:
350g all-purpose flour
80g natural white yogurt
80g ricotta
50g sugar
4g salt
20g seed oil
2 eggs
8g yeast
organic lemon zest
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
powdered vanilla sugar
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and knead. Roll out the dough and get the castagnole. Once the castagnole are made, deep fry in boiling oil. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
