Creamy chocolate cheesecake: a delicious no-bake dessert

An American recipe that will leave you speechless.
Ingredients:
190g Graham crackers
45g butter, melted
230g milk chocolate
400g cream cheese
120g powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
pinch of salt
125ml whipping cream
Chocolate ganache:
85g milk chocolate
80ml whipping cream
Raspberries
Directions:
Mix the biscuits with melted butter. Crush the mixture on the bottom of a cake pan and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Cheesecake: Melt the chocolate and mix (separately) the cheese with the sugar, cream, vanilla and salt. Then add the chocolate and pour onto the crust.
Ganache: Melt the chocolate in the cream and pour on top of the cake, allow it to cool and decorate with raspberries.
