Super fluffy almond cake: every slice is a burst of flavor

Ingredients:
3 eggs
150g sugar
150g almond flour
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
Peel of 1 lemon
Peel of 1 clementine
Powdered sugar
Directions:
Beat the eggs with the sugar, then add the almond flour.
Then add the peels, cinnamon, salt and bake at 180°C (360°F) for 30 minutes.
Serve with powdered sugar.
