Homemade tea biscuits: how to make them with shortcrust pastry

Ingredients:
400g all-purpose flour
280g butter at room temperature
150g powdered sugar
2 medium eggs
20g lemon peel
pinch of salt
Almond aroma
Directions:
In a bowl whisk the butter, then add salt, almond aroma and lemon peel. Add the sugar, then the eggs. Finally sieve and add the flour. Put the batter in a pastry bag and make your own biscuits. You can add some candied cherries on some of them and bake at 170°C (340°F) for 15 minutes. Then top the others with dark chocolate, coconut and white chocolate.
