Black and white mousse cake: the creamy dessert that everyone will love

Ingredients:
For the sponge cake:
- 2 eggs;
- 3 tablespoons of sugar;
- 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder;
- 2 tablespoons of flour;
- 1/2 package of baking powder;
Dark chocolate mousse:
- 75g. butter;
- 3 egg whites;
- 200 ml. fresh cream;
- 100 gr. dark chocolate;
- 6 grams of gelatin;
- 100 ml. water.
White chocolate mousse:
- 75g. butter;
- 3 egg whites;
- 200 ml. fresh cream;
- 100 gr. White chocolate;
- 6 grams of gelatin;
- 100 ml. water.
Ganache:
- 100 gr. dark chocolate;
- 80 ml. fresh cream
Directions:
Beat the eggs with the sugar, then sieve the dry ingredients and add the two compounds. Bake at 400°F (200°) for 35 minutes.
Dark chocolate mousse: dissolve the gelatine in water. Then divide the egg yolks from the egg whites and whisk the egg whites. Beat the butter and gradually add the cream. Melt chocolate and mix it with jelly. Add all the compounds and pour on the cake base.
Follow the same procedure for the white layer. leave in the fridge for 6 hours and then cover with chocolate ganache.
